Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. After your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
Once available, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different fulfillment locations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any customs duties or import taxes, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact us at domureva@proton.me with your order number and reason for the return before sending the item back.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customized, used, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
